Digilab, Inc. purchases Genomic Solutions, Inc. and MAIA Scientific

Dec. 3, 2007 -- Digilab, Inc. today announced it has completed the purchase of the Genomic Solutions and MAIA Scientific businesses from Harvard Bioscience NASDAQ: HBIO. The two businesses comprise the majority assets of HBIO's Capital Equipment Division with approximately $20 million in revenues.
